Warranty Policy & Claim Procedure
Warranty Coverage
OEM-Diesel provides a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects on all new products sold, starting from the date of the sales invoice.
Eligibility for Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please ensure the following:
- The defective product is returned to OEM-Diesel.
- Include the Shipping Invoice referencing the product’s Sales Invoice.
- Attach a completed Warranty Claim Form, detailing the issue encountered.
⚠️ Important: Claims without these required documents will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to OEM-Diesel.
- OEM-Diesel will not cover or accept any shipping fees
Warranty Claim Process
- Inspection & Assessment:
- Upon receiving the product, OEM-Diesel will inspect it based on the reported issue.
- Resolution:
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, OEM-Diesel will:
- Replace the defective part, or
- Repair the defective part, or
- If a replacement is unavailable or the customer prefers, issue a full refund of the purchase price.
- The resolution will be completed within 20 business days.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, OEM-Diesel will:
- Ineligible Claims:
- If no manufacturing defect is identified, the product will be returned to the customer with a detailed analysis report.
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Notes
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors outside OEM-Diesel’s control.
- Refunds or replacements are limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Disclaimer
OEM-Diesel’s warranty does not cover defects or issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond our control. Specifically, the warranty excludes:
- Defects caused by the use of adulterated or contaminated fuel.
- Issues stemming from pre-existing electrical problems in the vehicle.
- Damage due to improper storage or handling of the part.
- Failures resulting from incorrect installation procedures.
⚠️Important: Customers are advised to follow the installation guidelines provided for their specific machine or vehicle.
OEM-Diesel cannot be held responsible for any damage or failure caused by these conditions. Customers are encouraged to ensure proper usage and maintenance to avoid issues that fall outside warranty coverage.
